What you get during your 7 days
The trial waives the dispatch fee while you experience the work behind the load.
- Load sourcing: opportunities reviewed against your equipment, availability, preferred lanes, and home time.
- Rate negotiation: broker conversations about rates, appointments, and load details.
- Trip planning: a review of loaded miles, empty miles, timing, and the delivery market.
- Coordination and paperwork: pickup and delivery details, rate confirmations, and delivery-document support.
How the trial starts
We first review your equipment, authority path, lane preferences, and onboarding information. We agree on the start date so you know when the 7-day dispatch trial begins. Filling out a profile does not start the clock.
Free dispatch means no dispatch fee
The offer covers dispatch service. Fuel, insurance, equipment, and other operating costs remain separate. For operators in the TOAD carrier program, the 5% carrier-program component is separate from the dispatch trial.
After the trial
Review the working relationship and decide whether to continue with TOAD. Ongoing independent dispatch is 10% of total load revenue. The TOAD carrier program is 15% total, combining 10% dispatch and a 5% carrier-program component.
We want clear communication and dependable support to be the reasons you stay. Freight availability and earnings are not guaranteed during or after the trial.
