Florida & Southeast focus

Florida truck dispatch.
Plan the whole journey.

Florida and Southeast lanes are our focus. Connect the load in front of you with the move that comes after it.

A Florida truck dispatch plan starts with your location

“Florida” is a large operating area, not a single pickup point. A truck leaving South Florida, Central Florida, or North Florida faces a different first leg. An initial dispatch conversation should begin with the current city, equipment, earliest availability, and the operator’s preferred return plan.

Outbound freight and the return plan

An outbound load may fit the rate target while leaving the truck far from its preferred lanes. Before approval, review the delivery location, expected timing, and possible next steps. Freight availability changes; the destination needs to be reviewed with current information when planning each trip.

Miami to Central Florida, Jacksonville to Georgia, and broader Southeast routes are examples of planning scenarios. They are not advertised available loads, fixed lanes, or promises of service coverage.

Make home time part of the plan

Tell the dispatcher when the truck needs to return and how much flexibility is available. This affects which loads make sense, how far to reposition, and whether a later delivery creates a scheduling problem.

Equipment fit comes before a booking

TOAD works with hotshot pickup-and-trailer profiles alongside independent carrier dispatch needs. The actual equipment, authority status, availability, and lane preferences must be reviewed before a service arrangement is confirmed.
